CSR Manager will support 2-3 bankers in the capacity noted below in addition to supervising and providing guidance and oversight to 2-3 CSRs.

• Manage all administrative aspects of boarding new and renewed loans, including:

• Ensuring that KYC documentation is complete for new loans;

• Manage the process of crediting loan application fees to the appropriate general ledger account, authorizing payments from that account and reconciling (on a quarterly basis) that account;

• Assist Account officers and customers, as requested, in researching questioned account activity;

• Manage all administrative aspects of opening new deposit accounts, including:

• Ensuring that KYC is complete for new accounts;

• Facilitating an efficient Cash Management system interface;

• Assist Account officers and customers, as requested, in researching questioned account activity;

• Manage the transfer of credit file/document data to the Imaging System;

• Liaise with the Facilities department regarding department equipment and supply;

• Liaise with the Deposit Operations, Loan Operations and Credit Administration departments;

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting C&I Account Officers;

• 2+ years of managerial experience in supervising customer service Reps

• Competency regarding and work experience with the Loan IQ and FISERV systems;

• Competency regarding utilization of the Microsoft Office software suite of products;

• Demonstrated problem solving ability;

• Interpersonal skill that mesh in a team oriented environment;

The expected annual salary for this position is between $86,000 and $115,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
